She gives great advice and discusses in detail the products and the treatments. Jacqui listens to all your question/concerns and I never feel rushed or pressured to have treatments, I can honestly say I feel very safe. I have been going to Jacqui for Botox for a few years now and I am always impressed with the results. I love the frozen look and always receive my request. I have a needle phobia and Jacqui always manages to put me at ease. She talk you through the process and is very informative. I love the fact that you get a topup 2 weeks after the initial treatment and the aftercare received is absolutely spot on!
I also had lip fillers from her too. I'm so impressed with the results! I had a virtually non existent top lip and am over the moon with how defined they look now and the process was virtually painless!

I've had botox from other practitioners but wasn't really happy with the results. I was recommended Jacqui and was impressed with her customer service and ensuring I had a proper consultation before any treatment....other companies haven't insisted on this. Treatment was painless and at a fab price too will definitely be back for other treatments in the future
